This is my Franken pot its about a foot tall with a face. Max and Kayla helped me make it. We glazed it by me and Kayla working on wheeler projects and letting max go at it w the glazes we learned teamwork, especially the struggle of helping max make a decent cylinder it also shows form and pattern by the angry face on it, it's important because we all had the struggles of making it and now it's done
this is my forth bowl, it is my biggest yet, it is multicolored and differently colored. i learned to make projects more colorful while making this. it shows value and pattern by the design on the exterior and interior
this is my lidded project, it is 5x5 and clear with a black interior and shadow green topping. while making this i learned how to make fancy looking lids. this project shows value and movement by the black and clear with the almost drippy looking shadow green topping. it is important because it can hold stuff, and has a lid so that adds a whole lot more uses to it.
this is my mug project it is 4x5. it is clear on the outside and black on the inside with a shadow green rim. while making this i got to practice my handle making, which im bad at. this mug shows value and contrast by the black and clear with the green rim. it is important because hopefully i can get better at making handles in the future.
this is my choice project, i made a franken pot because they are fun to make. it is it is 9x5 inches. it is a mix of colors with the focus on clear, black and green, while making this pot i learned to stack cylinders to make one massive cylinder which shows value and balance by all the mixed mess of colors. the importance of this project is that it is the tallest project i have made as of 3/23/17
this is my planter, it is 5x7 1/2 inches, it is shadow green and black.i glazed it by a series of dip glazing, i learned how to make fancier looking glaze jobs through overlapping differing colors. this project shows line and contrast by the yellow on bottom with the outer green lines. it is important because i can finally get my mom off me for making her a planter project
